1. How to clean my textile?
Hand wash with lukewarm water or spot clean only. DO NOT change water temperature abruptly.

2. Can I order custom made designs? For the moment we are not making any custom made designs. You can always send an email to hello@fromlares.com and we can help you color pick with what is available online.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? We begin processing your order upon receipt and are unable to make any changes to the order once its processed.

4. When will my order ship? We ship most items between 2-3 business days of receiving your order. When your order ships we will send you a notification with the tracking information.

5. What is your return policy?

Our carriers are making every effort to minimize service interruptions, however unavoidable restrictions and temporary suspensions might cause delays in delivery.
